how to get over my back-handspring fear?
for the past two years i’ve been doing cheerleading and taking tumbling classes. in my tumbling classes, i can do my bhs with a spotter helping my whole body or barely even touching me. i know i can do it, but when i try and do it on my own, i CANNOT jump back. i know how to do it and i can do it well with a spotter but i just can’t do it on my own; i’m too afraid.
i’m thinking about trying out for keystone allstars and i want to have my bhs by october 25th, any tips on getting over my fear? (i’m not going to take tumbling this year)
okay, ask your spotter to lightly hold your back (so you know they are there) and do it.
then get comfortable with that, then say just let them have there arm there, not even touching you.
then, they could just watch you and youll be fine.
it took me a while, but once you got it, you got it:)

Flying into Colorado Springs Regional Airport Located 2 hours from Keystone, the Colorado Springs Airport offers visitors an up close view of Pikes Peak as they drive the scenic route from Colorado Springs to Keystone.
Flying into Vail / Eagle Airport The Vail / Eagle airport is practically over the hill from Keystone. A quick drive of approximately 50 minutes will take you through the heart of the Colorado Rockies. Flights to Vail tend to be more expensive than Denver or Colorado Springs, however, the transportation time is much less.
Car Rentals For Keystone, Colorado

Keystone online schooling?
Hi, i’m going to home school my daughter for the first time next year. Please bare with me because everything is new to me. I’m guessing the best way is to get an online school? Here is one that i’m interested in: http://keystoneschoolonline.com/

I’m currently doing Keysotne National Highschool too and trust me this is the best place to do it. I started homeschooling in 8th grade and i used a different place and really regretted it. I started Keystone for 9th grade and I love it. It’s really simple and easy to understand and if you dont understand you can call your teachers or email them the middle school for keystone costs about $1,500 or less depending on what your daughter takes but its defenitely worth the money. If you go to any other place for cheaper prices (which I did for 8th grade) you’ll regret it because other places are really hard to understand. I’m doing Keystone correspondence which basically the send you the workbooks and textbooks and you read the textbooks fill out the exams (theres 3 exams then the part 1 then 3 more exams and then the part 2 exam) and send them back in. The middle school only has the online version so you’ll have to do that but when she starts 9th i would recommend doing the correspondence. In the middle school courses they have 4 core courses and then 1 elective but when she starts the high school courses she can pick what she wants or call in and have someone help her plan her 4 year high school. you dont have to pick keystone but I would because they have a guidance counselor (which not all online schools have) they are nationally accredited which means when your daughter goes to college every college will accept and recognize a keystone diploma (my sister got a 75,000 dollar scholarship to Holy Family University) I wish you luck!
